Slow Cooker Swiss Chicken

This is a tried and true Chappy fam recipe from Six Sister's Stuff.

We've subscribed to a monthly meal plan from Six Sister's Stuff and I haven't been disappointed. There are so many amazing recipes!

If you're interested in the plan, it was cheap and for me, a working mom, SO helpful. Plus, the kids have liked most of the recipes as well!

(I'll label each of them under Six Sister's and to prevent any type of plagiarism, I won't include the recipe on my own blog.)
